Do I need to download an app?
No. Scan the QR code on the station with your phone camera. It opens a secure web page where you pay the deposit and unlock a power bank.
How does the €10 deposit work?
We place a €10 hold on your card or wallet when you take a power bank. When you return it, we charge only the rental time and release the rest of the hold. If the rental costs more than €10, the difference is charged to the same card.
Where can I return the power bank?
At any Thaks Charge partner shop with a free slot, during its opening hours. It doesn't have to be the shop where you picked it up.
Which phones does it charge?
Any phone or earbuds with USB-C, Lightning or Micro-USB. All three cables are built into every power bank.
