Privacy policy

What we collect

• Rental data: station codes, start and end times, power bank ID and amounts charged.
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We receive a payment reference and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number.
• Contact data: your email if you ask for a receipt or contact us, and details you send through our forms.

What we don't collect

We don't track your location while you use a power bank, and we don't access anything on your phone.

Why we use it

• To run your rental, take payment and release your deposit (performance of a contract).
• To answer support requests and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
• To keep accounting records (legal obligation).

How long we keep it

Rental and payment records are kept for 10 years for accounting purposes. Support messages are kept for 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@thakscharge.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
